Settee to 3k                                                                                                                               Would you love to start running, but don’t want to go alone?                                            Have you tried running but struggle with breathing & pace?                                                  Have you run before & would love to re-find your mojo?                                                        Would you love to learn to run properly in a beginners group with support & motivation?
Yes? Then please read on!

This is a massively successful 8-week training course led by an England Athletics Qualified Instructor, created specifically for running beginners & those wishing to improve technique & performance. Many of our graduates are now running up to 5K, 10K & even half-marathons.

5 to 10k...... Next Steps                                                                                          Graduated from the Settee to 3k course or are you just up for a challenge?                                                    
This is a 6-week training course created for 5k runners & those wishing to improve their technique and performance. Each session has been carefully planned by a team of qualified run leaders. This programme builds up the amount of running you do so your body can acclimatise to the increase in distance. Support is important for motivation, which is why we provide continuous support throughout the week.
10k to Half Marathon                                                                                             This is a 12-week training course, led by England Athletics qualified Instructors, to get you from 60-75 minute 10K to Half Marathon ready.
The course includes;
A 12-week daily plan, weekly long runs on a Sunday morning, correct technique for pace & stamina, nutrition advice, race etiquette tips, private group chat support & motivation, free additional training fitness meets and a Running Fit ‘finisher’ t-shirt not to mention lots of fun.
